What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The address of the project (the home where the work would be done).
• Photos of your bathroom and our work. We take before, during and after photos of every job for quality checks and warranty service, and New Bath Co may use these job photos in our advertising, website and social media. We do not show your house number, street address, faces or personal items in photos we publish.
• What you tell us in the website quote form, such as your city or ZIP code, the project you want and any notes.
• What you tell us on phone calls. Calls to (657) 650-6111, including calls with our scheduling assistant, are recorded for quality and to keep accurate booking records. Callers are told at the start of the call that it may be recorded.
• Basic website analytics through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, device type, general location and how you found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

• To give you a free estimate and follow up about it.
• To schedule and confirm your appointment and your installation.
• To send invoices and keep job records.
• To handle warranty service on work we did.
• To send reminders, such as appointment and invoice reminders, if you agreed to get them.
• To show examples of our work in advertising, on our website and on social media, using job photos as described above.
• To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, the service that delivers our quote-form emails, our phone and text messaging provider, our scheduling assistant provider (our phone and scheduling assistant providers store call recordings), and Google Analytics.
