Limited lifetime warranty on the shower base and wall materials, plus a 10-year workmanship warranty. For the original homeowner; not transferable. Walk-in tubs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the tub itself; terms vary by model, and we’ll go over them with you before you buy. Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers our installation. If a panel, seam, or our install is off, you call us.

Demo to the studs
National 1-day shops often glue a liner over old tile. We usually open all three shower walls so water damage gets found instead of covered.

What the warranty covers. Your shower base and wall materials carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and New Bath Co backs every installation with a 10-year workmanship warranty. Both cover the original homeowner and don’t transfer if the home is sold. They don’t cover damage that isn’t a product defect or an installation fault, such as natural events, fire, or damage caused by the owner, including misuse. If a covered part is no longer available, we may substitute a part of equal value. Full terms are in the written warranty you receive with your contract. Walk-in tubs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the tub itself; terms vary by model, and we’ll go over them with you before you buy. Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers our installation.
Why 10 years? Installation problems like leaks, loose panels or a shifting base almost always show up in the first few years. A 10-year workmanship warranty covers that period with plenty of room to spare, and your shower base and wall materials keep their limited lifetime warranty. We put in writing only what we’ll actually stand behind.
