How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Acrylic showers, tub-to-shower conversions, and walk-in tubs often finish in a day once materials are on site. A California bath or hidden rot can take longer. We tell you that on the visit.
How much does a bathroom remodel cost?
Tub-to-shower conversions and tub replacements start at $10,000. Full bathroom remodels are quoted per project. Your exact price depends on the size, the look and the condition behind the walls. We measure in your house and give you a written price.
What does your warranty cover?
Your shower base and wall materials carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and New Bath Co backs every installation with a 10-year workmanship warranty. Both cover the original homeowner and don’t transfer if the home is sold. They don’t cover damage that isn’t a product defect or an installation fault, such as natural events, fire, or damage caused by the homeowner, including misuse. If a covered part is no longer available, we may substitute a part of equal value. Full terms are in the written warranty you receive with your contract. Walk-in tubs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the tub itself; terms vary by model, and we’ll go over them with you before you buy. Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers our installation. If something is off, you call us — not a franchise 800 number.
Why 10 years? Installation problems like leaks, loose panels or a shifting base almost always show up in the first few years. A 10-year workmanship warranty covers that period with plenty of room to spare, and your shower base and wall materials keep their limited lifetime warranty. We put in writing only what we’ll actually stand behind.
Caulking and silicone are routine homeowner maintenance. If a problem comes from our workmanship, we take care of it.
