How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Acrylic showers, tub-to-shower conversions, and walk-in tubs often finish in a day once materials are on site. A California bath or hidden rot can take longer. We tell you that on the visit.

Do you install over existing tile?

Usually no. The usual method is demo to the studs, then rebuild and set acrylic or Palisade. Overlay is rare, and only if we both agree.

What is Palisade Tile?

Tile-look acrylic that we install piece by piece. Each piece has a tongue and a groove. We put sealant in that groove so water cannot get behind the wall.

It depends on the footprint, the look, the pan, and the fixtures. We measure in your house and give a clear price. Online numbers from national brands are lead magnets — not a quote for your alcove.

Yes. A real soaking tub with a door, seat, and grab bar. Models can add jets, air bubbles, light therapy, and a heater.

What does your warranty cover?

Your shower base and wall materials carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and New Bath Co backs every installation with a 10-year workmanship warranty. Both cover the original homeowner and don’t transfer if the home is sold. They don’t cover damage that isn’t a product defect or an installation fault, such as natural events, fire, or damage caused by the owner, including misuse. If a covered part is no longer available, we may substitute a part of equal value. Full terms are in the written warranty you receive with your contract. Walk-in tubs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the tub itself; terms vary by model, and we’ll go over them with you before you buy. Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers our installation. If something is off, you call us — not a franchise 800 number. Why 10 years? Installation problems like leaks, loose panels or a shifting base almost always show up in the first few years. A 10-year workmanship warranty covers that period with plenty of room to spare, and your shower base and wall materials keep their limited lifetime warranty. We put in writing only what we’ll actually stand behind. Caulking and silicone are routine homeowner maintenance. If a problem comes from our workmanship, we take care of it.

Do you sell bathroom remodel packages?

No. We don't sell set packages, because no two bathrooms are the same. Every bathroom is quoted on its own, based on the look you want, who's using it, and the condition of your house.

No. We remove the old fiberglass and replace it with acrylic.

Do you offer a military or first responder discount?

Yes. Active military, veterans, police, firefighters, EMTs and nurses get $1,000 off projects of $10,000 or more. We give you our best price first. Please wait until your price is final, then let us know you qualify (military, veteran, police, fire, EMT or nurse), and we’ll take $1,000 off. Valid ID at signing, one per project, and it can’t be combined with other offers.

Why should I wait until my price is final to mention my military or first-responder status?

Because we want you to know the discount is real. Every customer gets the same honest price for the same work. Once your price is settled, tell us you qualify and we take $1,000 off. We never raise a price to make a discount look bigger.
