Inland Empire homes cover a wide range, from historic houses near downtown Riverside and mid-century single-story homes in Montclair to the subdivisions that went up quickly in Corona, Eastvale and Chino Hills in recent decades. Many of the builder-grade tubs and fiberglass surrounds from those growth years are now worn, and older homes can hide soft backing, old plumbing or past leaks behind the tile.

Most Inland Empire homeowners call us about three projects. An acrylic walk-in shower replaces tile and grout with a seamless surface. A tub-to-shower conversion swaps the tub nobody uses for a low step-in shower with a seat, grab bars and a handheld, in the same footprint. A walk-in tub gives you a real soak with a watertight door and a molded seat, and models can add jets, air bubbles, light therapy or a heater. We also build California baths.

Tub-to-shower conversions
Pull the unused tub. Same footprint, low step-in, more room to stand.
Why acrylic in the Inland Empire? Summers are hot and the water is hard, and both are rough on grout and caulk. Acrylic is non-porous, so scale and soap scum wipe off instead of soaking in, and Palisade Tile acrylic gives you a tile look with a sealed tongue-and-groove instead of grout. After we rebuild the wet area, the panels go up fast, so jobs often finish in a day once materials are on site.

Warranty in writing?
Limited lifetime warranty on the shower base and wall materials, plus a 10-year workmanship warranty. For the original homeowner; not transferable. Walk-in tubs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty on the tub itself; terms vary by model, and we’ll go over them with you before you buy. Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers our installation.
